Our workflow:

We take care of every aspect, but everything.

Our work begins with quality and quantity control of incoming materials from suppliers, coding, photographing and sorting materials according to specifications agreed upon with the customer. Then, materials are prepared for storage in the warehouse.

At the conclusion of the event, reusable materials are retrieved, checking their condition, reconditioned if necessary, and stored again within our warehouses so that they are ready at any time for your next activity.

We operate in a continuous vortex, administered and organized synergistically involving all the players in our logistics supply chain: warehouse operators, carriers, outfitters.

Do you need to ship the materials we carefully guard? Following the guidelines agreed with you in Commitment, orders are launched in our WMS and managed according to: order characteristics, delivery timing, destination of goods.

The system guides our operators in picking the necessary items, which will be placed in a dedicated area and, after being carefully rechecked and ticked off we then proceed to prepare the orders.

The volume and physical characteristics of the goods to be shipped, determine the choice of the type of packaging, which will be made with the aim of protecting the materials in the best way and optimizing transportation costs as much as possible.
